Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of our farm is made exclusively with passion and respect for local tradition. The olives are exclusively of the “Minucciola” variety. They are harvested with the utmost care, by hand or with the use of vibrating combs. They are carefully cold pressed no later than the second day after picking to ensure their quality. After pressing, the oil is kept in dark glass bottles to maintain its fragrant flavor.
The olive oil we produce has a pale yellow color with a delicate bouquet of fruity olive oil, rosemary and tomato. The flavor blends perfectly with slight bitter and spicy notes to create the perfect balance of flavors. The acidity never exceeds 0.8%.
