250 Grams Butter
250 Grams of Sugar
250 grams of Grinded Almonds
100 grams of Potato flour
A little Limoncello
Soften the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs one at time. Then add the grated lemon peel, grinded Almond, Potato flour and a little Limoncello.
Grease a cake tin with butter and flour and pour in the mixture and cook in the oven for 10 minutes 200 C° and then for a further 40 minutes at 150 C°.
Leave the cool down and sprinkle with icing sugar on the top.
