Vegetables in Oil
Zucchini in oil are an excellent natural appetizer prepared using light zucchini grown on our farm, processed as soon as they are picked to enhance the freshness and crunchiness of the raw material, combined with our superior category extra virgin olive oil.
Only the healthiest, carefully selected and hand-crafted products are used.
Pairings: Used to season any dish, giving flavor and taste; recommended in combination with cold cuts and cheeses.
Ingredients: courgettes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli, oregano, wine vinegar, salt GLUTEN FREE, NO PRESERVATIVES AND DYES
Storage: in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, cover with a drizzle of oil and store in the refrigerator.
